I’ve been with the Athletic buddha since my son was born and just last week we celebrated his 6th birthday at their fitness centre. I started working out after my son was born, their crèche service is exceptional and their trainers made me feel very welcomed and I felt instantly comfortable with training. Daniel is an amazing trainer and host, he’s exceptionally professional in his approach and keeps each session challenging with his guidance and enthusiasm. My son goes to their holiday camps, they have a variety of activities to keep kids fit and creative in the holidays. He also attends their after school care and it’s been a lifesaver with my busy work schedule. Thank you to all the staff at The Athletic Buddha for looking after my family, I’m very grateful for everything you do for us.

The best place I have ever trained! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive of your own personal goals for being there. The variety and programming for each class is fantastic and showcases the skill level of the staff. The timetable also caters for everyone whether you want to train early before the kids wake, mid morning with the kids in crèche or in the afternoon after work or alongside your teenager who can participate in the teen classes. I was also fortunate enough to continue training there whilst pregnant with my 3rd child and the staff were completely supportive and educated in what was safe to do. I had a great pregnancy and I know it was because I was mentally and physically fit from my time at The Athletic Buddha. I’ve also made amazing life long friends who I share my fitness journey with.

After two tricky deliveries of my babies I was told by doctors I’d need surgery and years of physio to fix my pelvic floor. Thanks to Daniel and the team at AB, I haven’t seen my physio in 6 months and I’m stronger and more confident in my body than I’ve ever been. With a mind, body and soul approach combined with excellent facilities and family vibe for overall wellness, I can’t thank them enough for giving me a version of me I didn’t know I could be. My time there is a priority for me now and it makes all parts of my life better.
